Our Leaders
Jay is a loving husband, father, passionate leader, and ministry visionary committed to helping people grow in their faith, relationships, and purpose. As the founder of TakeOver Ministries, Jay has a heart for creating authentic spaces where everyone of all backgrounds can strengthen their relationship with God and one another. Through practical teaching, discipleship, encouragement, and real-life conversations, his mission is to help people confidently live out the truth of Philippians 4:13 — “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Dorian was born and raised in Camden, NJ, and has been walking with the Lord for more than 20 years. A passionate prayer warrior, she loves spending time in God’s presence and is committed to encouraging those who have experienced adversity to discover their identity, purpose, and fullness in Christ.
A devoted wife and loving mother, Dorian also serves as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Birth and Postpartum Doula. In both ministry and the marketplace, her heart remains the same: to empower, encourage, advocate for, and build up others through life’s most transformative seasons.
